Brian had a bit of a challenge with the delays in the lender and I think he mismanaged our expectations a bit with the timing of the close. But he was transparent about his mistakes: quickly apologizing and recognizing how we felt. A lot of it had to do with the fact that I was trying to rush the process along too quickly and pressured him for updates too often. Brian did a great job communicating the process and my wife and I felt great about our experience with him and stewardship. Its an amazing company and helped us out so much. We loved the transparency and the ethics of Brian. He worked real hard for us and worked great with the incredible demand we put on him. He helped us close in less than 30 days, which is amazing.
