Brian had a bit of a challenge with the delays in the lender and I think he mismanaged our expectations a bit with the timing of the close. But he was transparent about his mistakes: quickly apologizing and recognizing how we felt. A lot of it had to do with the fact that I was trying to rush the process along too quickly and pressured him for updates too often. Brian did a great job communicating the process and my wife and I felt great about our experience with him and stewardship. Its an amazing company and helped us out so much. We loved the transparency and the ethics of Brian. He worked real hard for us and worked great with the incredible demand we put on him. He helped us close in less than 30 days, which is amazing. We have already recommended it to three other people! Thanks so much for the work! Kyle, Thank you so much for your review! Your kind words about Brian and Stewardship are more than we could ever ask for. I am glad that our heart (being transparent and maintaining a high level of integrity) was experienced by you. That said, you did experience a bit of a challenge with some unforeseen and uncontrollable things that sometimes come up in a mortgage process. Additionally you did not receive the proper expectation management. As a result I owe you an apology. Kyle – I am sorry. We should have done a better job with communication on the expectation. I am also sorry that you experienced delays. That is the last thing you want when going through a mortgage. Please accept our apology and let us know if there is any other way we can serve and love your family. We appreciate you Kyle! Grant Botma – Founder
